His leadership has consistently driven high-performing, multidisciplinary teams under demanding conditions.
He holds an M Tech (Laser & Electro-optics), a BTech (IT & Communication), an MBA and PhD (Marketing Management) —bringing together a rare combination of technical depth, operational excellence, and strategic business insight.
Currently, Colonel Rathore serves as the Head of Training & Development at GLA University, where he is dedicated to preparing future business leaders through hands-on training, leadership development, and industry-aligned education. Under his guidance, the institution has consistently achieved over 86% placement success annually, reflecting his strong industry connect and commitment to student outcomes.
